- Email aliases or Distribution lists are listed in the Global Address Book list.
- Global Address list can be accessed using Outlook Web Access, Outlook or LDAP (if you are within the department).
- Only authorized users are allowed to send email to aliases or Distribution lists.
- We can have a distribution list controlled by you be available to all users. If you would like to request an official distribution list, please send email to RT.
