Step1. Click “Tools” tab and select “Rules and Alerts”

Step2. Click “New Rules” to create a new rule for the incoming e-mail

Step3. You will get a screen where you will be asked to select a template for the incoming e-mail. Select the “check messages when they arrive” in the “Start from a Blank Rule” section.

Step4. Click next on the above interface and on the next interface where it asks you for conditions to check in the incoming email.
As you don’t select any conditions to be checked, it will prompt to confirm that the rule might be applied to all the incoming emails. Click Yes.

Step5. Now select “Redirect it to people or distribution list” and click on the “people or distribution list” in step 2 section to select a email ID/ list of email ID’s to which you would like to forward the email.


Step6. You can now add any exception in the rule you have provided. Click next.

Step7. Specify a name for this rule and click finish to activate it.

Step1. Click Options from OWA main screen and select “Forward your mail using Inbox rules” as in the below screen

Step2. Select “Organize E-Mail from the left pane” - You will be directed to Inbox rules, where you can set various rules for incoming mails

Step3. Choose various options to customize your rule from the drop down list. You can apply the rule to all incoming mails by selecting “[Apply to all messages]” from the drop down list.

Step4. Select “Redirect the message to” from the drop down list so that the incoming messages are redirected to a new email ID you provide.

Step5. Provide an email ID or a set of email ID’s to which you would like to redirect your message.
