How can I change the default settings (e.g. font, mail format, etc.) of my outgoing emails?

Click Tools and select “Options”

Click “Mail format” tab to choose the format of your outgoing email

Step 1: Click on “File” in the top left corner.

Step 2: Select “Options”.

Step 3:Click on “Mail” to choose the format of your outgoing email.

Click Options  from OWA main screen and select “Settings”

Change the format type using drop down list in the Message Format section
