2120 Teaching Lab

Location CS 2120
Mission Equipped with 81 top of the line computers and projectors will enable students and faculty to collaborate efficiently. The computers Internet connections are wireless. The Lab will be unavailable whenever it is being used for a classroom exams.
Hardware 81 wirelessly networked modern X86 based lenova laptops set inside ergonomic desks which allow the room to be used as a traditional classroom or in conjunction with the student computers and two computer linked projectors for classroom instruction or exercises. A touch screen console is installed at the podium.
Operating System MS Windows Vista
Software Tools available to the students include Microsoft Visual Studio .Net, Java, and IBM VisualAge development environments.
