Robert F. Kelly received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from NYU Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences in 1991.
- Emergency Department Error Detection System (EEDS) - a system to identify adverse events and special conditions in a clinical setting (e.g., Emergency Medicine).
- Marine Science Database project - a system to collect, store, and retrieve marine and atmospheric data concerning the Long Island Sound and other bodies of water.
- Universal Medical Monitor - a software development project to construct a Java API for access to patient medical data obtained through medical monitors.
