A lecture or seminar course on a current topic in computer science. May be repeated as the topic changes, but cannot be used more than twice to satisfy CSE major requirements.

Prerequisite

CSE or ISE major; U3 or U4 standing.

Course Goals
  • Provide an in-depth look at a specific area not so addressed elsewhere in the undergraduate Computer Science curriculum.
  • To gain a more advanced understanding of computer science in general by building on core topics developed in previous courses.
