Daniel Ahmadizadeh, Stony Brook alumnus and entrepreneur, will be speaking SBCS Tech Night about the sharing economy. 

The sharing economy is on an unstoppable rise. Industries like transportation, travel, and tasks have been disrupted by Uber, Airbnb, and TaskRabbit. Peer-to-peer products and services have changed industries, though there are still several untapped sectors. 

Daniel Ahmadizadeh is looking to bring the sharing economy to an outdated rental market. His venture is backed and funded by David Rose, serial entrepreneur and one of the most-renowned angel investors in the country. Daniel will speak about the sharing economy both from a technical side, as well as some of the current trends. He is currently looking to build out his product and development teams and looks forward to meeting our Computing Society.
