The Department of Computer Science is happy to announce that assistant professor Long Lu has received the prestigious NSF CAREER award. This is Lu’s fourth NSF award and eighth research grant since joining the department, securing over $3 million dollars in research funding. Upon becoming a recipient, Lu joins more than a dozen colleagues in the CS department as a CAREER awardees. Lu's CAREER grant supports his research in rethinking mobile security in today’s app-as-a-platform environment.
