2011-8th Annual Stony Brook University Game Programming Competition

This event is an opportunity for our student game developers to work in teams to create original games and then together, enjoy their presentation. The 2011 Game Programming Competition was held on Friday, May 20th, 2011, in the Wang Center, and had greater attendance and better games than ever before. The event is always open to the public free of charge, so all are invited to the Spring 2012 semester event.

Additional thanks to the judges: Mike Pellechia of Applied Visions and founder of Onslaught Studios, Betson Thomas, founder and CEO of POW Studios, and Carl Corry, Online Editor for Local News at Newsday.

More Details of this year's contest as well as info on past events may be found at the SBU Game Programming Competition Home Page. And don't forget to visit and subscribe to the SBU Game Programming YouTube Channel to see video trailers of all games entered.
